The hot yoga is one of the methods it is possible to do also at home.
As for the hot yoga, the setting of this temperature and humidity seems to become a key in the way though there is an effect of making the muscle soft according to the temperature though the room temperature of the room is set in 38℃?39℃ as a method, humidity is set to 60?65%, and it sweats, feelings are made comfortable according to humidity, and it does though there is a method of going to the gym, too, if it does easily.
It is for this to be assumed that it is because the muscle cuts easily in a normal temperature though there is a phenomenon said that the body will become painful from the next day etc. for the person who started the yoga after the yoga ends, and so as not to make this muscle easy to cut in the hot yoga and seems to raise the preset temperature.
Moreover, when humidity is high, the skin seems to dry, and when humidity is too low oppositely, to become unpleasant because it becomes difficult to evaporate even if sweating when humidity seems to be too high though it seems to be able to do the feelings [yoku] movement.
It seems to be able to clean in the body by sweating by the inside and the yoga of modern life where sweating by the hot yoga doesn’t sweat easily because of the spread of lack of physical activity and the air conditioner of one of a popular cause etc.
